1. About our service

ForecastingStocks is an online platform that uses machine learning and large language models to generate financial-market analyses, indicators and forward-looking price estimates for stocks and foreign-exchange pairs.

The content delivered through our services is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a guarantee of future performance. Investment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user.

2. Account registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. During registration you may be asked to provide accurate information such as your full name, email address and, where applicable, tax identification.

Each individual may keep a single active account. You are responsible for choosing a strong password, keeping it confidential and notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may verify the data you provide and decline service if information appears to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

3. Acceptable use

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to us.

You agree not to:

• create multiple accounts or use someone else's identification documents;
• resell, sublicense or otherwise commercialize our content without our prior written consent;
• upload, transmit or distribute malware or content intended to disrupt the service;
• reverse-engineer, scrape or systematically copy the platform or any of its outputs;
• infringe any intellectual-property rights or share another user's personal information;
• publish defamatory, obscene, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful content through our channels.

4. Intellectual property

All software, text, graphics, models, predictions and other materials made available through our services are owned by FORECASTING STOCKS or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use during your subscription, and no other rights are granted.

5. Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Access to premium features is provided on a recurring subscription basis. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method you provided. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice and will apply to renewals after the notice period.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by those stores under their own terms, and refunds for in-app purchases must be requested through them.

In accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Code, consumers may withdraw from a purchase within seven (7) days of the contract date by notifying us at the contacts in section 9.

6. Notifications and communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive service-related notifications by email and, where you have provided your number, by SMS, WhatsApp or similar messaging channels. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by carriers or third-party platforms.

7. Limitation of liability

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or violation of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FORECASTING STOCKS is not responsible for:

• temporary unavailability, errors or interruptions of the service;
• losses arising from internet failures, devices or third-party platforms;
• investment decisions made by users based on our content;
• inaccuracies in data provided by third-party data feeds;
• content, links or services operated by third parties referenced in the platform;
• security incidents resulting from compromised user credentials.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time in case of breach of these Terms, applicable law, court order, security concerns or suspected fraud. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our service or applicable law. Material changes will be notified through the website or by email. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the courts of the District of Brasília, Federal District, to the exclusion of any other forum, however privileged.
